My name is Suzanne Brady and I am a fully trained counsellor, experienced in working with individuals, couples and families.
I work with clients covering a wide range of presenting issues including: communication difficulties, affairs, lack of trust, self-esteem, work life balance, managing stress levels, conflict management, work place conflict, maintaining relationships, managing relationship expectations, living with life limiting illnesses, grief, new baby, blended families, cultural differences, sexuality, separation, divorce and retirement. |
These are a few of the most common reasons people seek counselling, however this list doesn’t cover all the reasons why people embark on relationship counselling.
I have a non-judgemental approach: I will listen and ask questions to gain a deeper understanding of you and your situation. This will enable me to focus on your unique circumstances and together we can work towards identifying goals, gaining new perspectives, developing new techniques, empowering you to make the necessary changes.
As the counselling process develops I will regularly check how you are feeling about the sessions, this provides an opportunity to reflect on what has been achieved as well as to clarify the focus of future work, ensuring that your needs are being met and that you are getting the best outcome from the counselling process.
